Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Recipe

Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 1 cup ricotta
• 6 ounces shredded mozzarella

Instructions:

1. Roast spaghetti squash until tender.

2. Make two layers in an 8” x 8” pan in the following order: marinara, squash, ricotta.

3. End with marinara and top with mozzarella cheese.

4. Cover, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, remove foil and finish baking until cheese is melted.
