Kale Chips Recipe
- Kale, any variety
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Turmeric, or other spices
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.2. Wash and dry kale. Cut into “chip size”pieces and place in a large bowl. Drizzle in some olive oil (enough to coat but not drench).
3. Add a little turmeric or other spices, salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.
4. Spread out the chips on parchment-lined baking sheets.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, until crisp.
