Once you have opened the app, select the "Existing Subscribers" button.

You should have received your customer/account number when you first subscribed. If you do not have your number, you can call Customer Care toll-free at 800-456-5835 (outside U.S. & Canada call 785-274-4364). If you have a print magazine, your customer/account number is also on your magazine label.
Enter the email address and postal code/zip code that is registered to your account.

You will be notified within the app each time a new digital edition has been added to your library.

Can I access the same issues on all of my digital devices?
Yes, you can download the app on multiple smartphone or tablet devices. You simply enter your same login information to access the same issues on your various devices.
What is my customer/account number?
Your customer/account number is assigned to your account when you first subscribe. Your customer number is the first 12 digits on the magazine label if you receive a print magazine (Note: includes the leading zero). You can call Customer Care if you do not know your customer/account number. Call Customer Care at 800-456-5835 (outside U.S. & Canada, call 785-274-4364). You will only need to enter it the first time you log in to the app.
When can I view my digital issue?
You can view your digital issue immediately upon logging in to the app, if you ordered a subscription online. If you ordered through our Customer Care department, you will need to wait until the next day.
Can I remove issues that I have already downloaded?
Individual issues can be removed by tapping and holding the image of the issue. An "X" will appear in the top left corner. Click on the "X" and the issue will be removed.
Why can't I find the app in Google Play?
The app is only available on devices that have OS 3.0 or higher.
Can I view my digital issues on my desktop?
The digital edition is not currently available on the desktop. We are hoping to have it available on desktop within the year.
When does my digital subscription expire?
If you have a print subscription, your digital subscription expires at the same time as your print subscription. You can also visit www.heirloomgardener.com/subscriptions and log in to your account. Select "Your Subscription" and the account status will give you your expiration issue. If you have a digital-only subscription and you do not know when it expires, you can also call Customer Care at 800-456-5835 (outside U.S. & Canada call 785-274-4364).
Can I pay my bill through the app?
You will need to go to www.heirloomgardener.com/subscriptions to pay the amount due for your subscription. Once you are on this screen, you can select the "Pay Your Bill" option on the left side of the screen.
