Hyssopus Officinalis

Hyssopus officinalis — AKA "hyssop" — has been used for centuries for a variety of purposes, from cleansing to perfume.

As a cut flower, hyssop will last for a very long time, looking as fresh in a week as the day you brought them inside. The sturdy, full sprigs make an excellent filler when mixed with showier blooms. Try a 4th of July arrangement of daisies, red roses, and hyssop!
